Protocol are looking for enthusiastic and engaging electrical engineering lecturers to join the team of hardworking educational staff within the electrical department within the college.

The college are looking for an Electrical engineering lecturer with a background in maintenance engineering and experience with hydraulics and pneumatic's, along with recent lecturing/ tutoring experience and who is competent within mathematics to work on a permanent basis within the college. The ideal candidate will also have a fun and vibrant attitude to education and bring in industry knowledge to inspire and educate students.

We are seeking candidates who are passionate about electrical engineering and have the drive and motivation to help learners to progress in their careers, increase their employability and support their personal development. The role is full time and offers a competitive annual salary along with market supplement.

The person & qualifications
A qualification in a relevant subject
A teaching qualification
Experience lecturing on electrical engineering courses
Experience with hydraulics and pneumatic's in an educational setting
Strong maths teaching ability
An enthusiastic and engaging attitude to teaching with an 'out of the box' approach to learning
