My client is a specialist engineering firm based in South Leicestershire, they manufacture automated bespoke machinery for a wide range of sectors. The company has recently decided to bring their electrical works in house and with this in mind they are looking for a confident, experienced wire person with strong problem solving skills to join their shopfloor team.

THE ROLE OF ELECTRICAL FITTER

    Working in the South Leicester manufacturing facility

    Working with a team of mechanical engineers

    Reading schematic and technical drawings

    Wiring CNC and Automated Machines

    Wiring control panels from scratch

    Working with bespoke machines

THE RIGHT ELECTRICAL FITTER

    Apprenticeship or Time Served Wire Person

    Ability to read schematics and technical drawings

    Problem solving mentality

    Experience of working with bespoke machines

    CNC machine wiring experience would be ideal
