Job Title: Electrical Foreman

We are now recruiting for an Electrical Foreman to join our Highways team in Shrewsbury to manage and issue works to a team of competent street lighting staff.

Responsibilities

As Electrical Foreman, you will review and plan client instructed works, support the commercial team, update the client confirm system, ensure health and safety is prioritised, make sure training and competence is kept in line with Kier standards. It will be imperative to keep the client updated and liaise with the Street Lighting Supervisor. You will ensure stock control is recorded and monitored.

We are seeking candidates who:

  • Have worked in a similar role/environment
  • Hold City and Guilds 236 part 1 & 2 or equivalent / City and Guilds 2391 Test and Inspect or HERS 714
  • Are certified with IPAF 1B, 3A & 3B/ECS card NHSS 8
  • Understand City and Guilds 7671 18th Edition wiring regulations
  • Can produce a full driving license
