Protocol are delighted to work with a leading college based in the West Midlands, known for its ability to suit every learning style and to help develop essential employability and interpersonal skills amongst their students.
Protocol are looking for enthusiastic and engaging electrical installation and engineering lecturers to join the team of hardworking educational staff within the electrical department within the college.
The college are looking for two lecturers; (1) Electrical engineering lecturer with a background in maintenance engineering and experience with hydraulics and pneumatic's, along with recent lecturing/ tutoring experience and who is competent within mathematics to work on a permanent basis within the college. (2) An experienced electrical installations lecturer to work on a temporary basis delivering and inspiring the students on the level 3 electrical installations course within the college.
We are seeking candidates who are passionate about electrical engineering and electrical installations and have the drive and motivation to help learners to progress in their careers, increase their employability and support their personal development. Both roles are full time positions and offer a competitive annual or hourly salary along with additional holiday pay or market supplement.
The person & qualifications
A qualification in a relevant subject
A teaching qualification
Experience teaching Electrical installation up to level 3 and/or experience with hydraulics and pneumatic's in an educational setting
Strong maths teaching ability
An enthusiastic and engaging attitude to teaching with an 'out of the box' approach to learning
