Electrical Installation Assessor

We are looking for an Electrical Installation Assessor on a full-time temporary to permanent basis in the Northampton area. Starting in September for 40 hours per week until at least December however, this role could be permanent for the right candidate.
Role responsibilities
To coordinate the training for work-based provision.
To deliver and assess knowledge and competence components for workbased
learners.
To ensure that tracking systems for workbased learners are updated regularly
and accurately.
To establish and maintain effective relationships with employers and classroom
based tutors to ensure regular communication about performance and progress.
To carry out Health and Safety assessments in the workplace as required.
To deliver effective training based on current sector practices, knowledge and
qualifications.
To support learners by conducting regular assessment and review visits in the
workplace.
To support learners to build a portfolio of evidence to show that they have met all
the learning outcomes.
To give robust, qualitative feedback to learners on the assessments and
evidence they provide.
The person & qualifications
An assessing qualification
Ideally a teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one
Previous assessing experience at levels 1-3
