My client are a specialist engineering firm based in Cambridgeshire, they specialise in control panels for special purpose machinery, due to a fantastic order book for the start for 2019 they currently need to recruit a number of skilled electrical fitters to assist with production and installation projects.

THE ROLE OF ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION FITTER

    Wiring Sub Assemblies Wiring Racks Machine Wiring Some mechanical assembly Preparation of wires Termination of wires Installation of cables Testing Installation on site Working to health and safety regulations Travel

THE RIGHT ELECTRICAL FITTER/ PANEL WIRER

    Ability to read schematics Wire point to point Terminate Work as part of team Build panels from scratch 17th or 18th Edition holder CSCS holder Used to installation projects
