Position Overview:
As an Electrical Package Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the electrical systems and packages within a Data Centre project. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of the project, meeting quality standards, and adhering to project timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the electrical aspects of the Data Centre, ensuring that all electrical systems are installed and commissioned to meet project specifications.
- Supervise and coordinate a team of electrical engineers and subcontractors, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that all electrical installations meet industry standards and client requirements.
- Work closely with project stakeholders to develop and manage budgets and schedules for the electrical packages, ensuring on-time delivery within budget constraints.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with electrical installations, collaborating with other project managers and teams to ensure a smooth and efficient project lifecycle.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, keeping them informed of project progress, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Uphold the highest standards of health and safety on the construction site, ensuring all electrical installations comply with relevant regulations and guidelines.
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Proven experience in managing electrical packages for large-scale construction projects, with a focus on data centers.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, codes, and standards.
