Key Responsibilities
- Leading all aspects of the project activities
- Ensures adherence to project budget
- Ensures accurate and timely project documentation
- Coordinate with the Superintendent and Project Field Staff
- Perform regular inspections of all work performed on assigned project
- Review estimates and proposal scope letters
- Posses a high level of expertise in all phases of electrical and low voltage construction
Background Required
- Experienced Electrical Project Manager
- Background in data centers, hospitals, industrial or commercial
- Electrical qualification preferred
- Experience with Accubid, Live Count and Bluebeam. (Preferred)
