Fantastic opportunity to work as an Electrical Project Manager for a well-established Building Services Specialist offering a permanent vacancy for an experienced, Electrical Project Manager in Cambridge. They have been established for over 60 years offer excellent opportunities and great working environment. Electrical Project manager will be paid £60-70k (dependant on experience)

As a Successful Electrical Project Manager, you will:

  • Electrical Project manager will be working with other departments
  • Electrical Project manager will be involved with projects from tender to hand over
  • Electrical Project manager will be managing the programme.
  • Electrical Project manager will liaise with the Contracts Estimator on distribution and programming requirements.
  • Procure materials for installation requirements.
  • Electrical Project manager will be managing the P&L of the jobs
  • Electrical Project manager will produce progress reports
  • Electrical Project manager will assist in the preparation and issue of Financial Progress Reports
  • Electrical Project manager will manage commissioning and hand over including O&M manuals

As a Successful Electrical Project Manager, you must:

  • Electrical Project manager must have knowledge and understanding of a wide variety of Mechanical HVAC and Building Services systems and their installation methods.
  • Electrical Project manager must have the ability to plan ahead, co-ordinate and prioritise workloads.
  • Electrical Project manager must have experience with people management and motivational skills.
  • Electrical Project manager must have good knowledge of all aspects of health and safety within the industry and the ability to implement control measures at site level.
  • Electrical Project Manager will be in a commutable distance of Cambridge

Electrical Project Manager will be £60-70k pa (dependant on experience) + Car allowance + Private Healthcare
