Daniel Owen are pleased to be working with a leading property services contractor delivering a quality service. The contractor specialise in delivering a variety of capital projects, including retrofit (energy efficiency measures), planned kitchen and bathroom upgrades and various part to full refurbishment projects primarily within the residential, education and private/commercial sectors. Covering the Plymouth and south Devon area.

Abilities of a Electrical Qualifying Supervisor Include:

  • Complete ongoing electrical testing (EICRs)
  • As an EQS you will also be responsible for checking and signing off electrical certification conducted by the other electricians as well as notifying building control of any new installation works ensuring all works are in line with PAS2030
  • Complete Electrical installation works within residential and public settings
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills when working in a customer facing environment, whilst always considering yours and others health and safety

Requirements for the role

  • Qualified to an NVQ level 3 Electrical Installation
  • 2391 - Testing and Inspection (or equivalent)
  • 2382 Bs7671 - 18th Edition wiring regulations
  • Experience of working to PAS 2030 and/or within the energy efficiency measures work stream would be very advantageous
  • Exceptional, professional, and friendly customer service skills whilst working in customer facing environments; in people's homes and communal areas.
  • Possession of a full current UK Driving licence, which is essential to undertake the Electrical Qualifying Supervisor role, with use of a company van and fuel card
