Salary negotiable depending on experience - circa £50,000.
A great opportunity has become available for a supervisor to work on large NHS infrastructure projects (£2 million +), initially a three year project at a hospital in Surrey.
This is a client facing role so applicants need to be comfortable working with the demands of managing a large scale projects for a NHS infrastructure project.
The day to day duties include providing leadership, management, and development of your team, ensuring quality standards, operational commitments are met and exceeded.
The key areas of responsibility:
* Liaise with clients to ensure their requirements are understood and fully met.
* Supervise all staff, both directly employed and subcontract, to ensure all works are being carried out to the correct standard of customer care and quality.
* Ensure Health and Safety procedures and requirements are followed and met at all times.
Our ideal candidate needs to be an experienced electrician with experience of working on commercial projects.
* Ideally you will have completed an electrical apprenticeship
* Good organisation and communication skills with good interpersonal skills
* Full clean driving license
* City & Guilds Part 1 +2 /AM1/AM2 or equivalent qualifications
* 2360 Electrical installations NVQ Level 2 or 3 or electrical apprenticeship
* 2391 Inspection & testing
* First Aid (preferred, not essential as training can be arranged).
* SSSTS (Black Hat).
