We are now recruiting for an Electrical Supervisor to join our Highways team in Basingstoke to be responsible for Highway lighting electricians, operatives and supply chain partners operating on the network.
Key Responsibilities
As the Electrical Supervisor you will manage the programming and delivery of cyclic maintenance, inspection, repair and scheme work to meet contract requirements while minimising road space occupancy and making best use of resources. Ensure work is carried out to client specification and delivered to agreed costs. Provide close liaison with the commercial team to ensure accurate estimates are produced. Ensure response to emergency situations within the parameters of the National Highways M&R contract in Area 3. Effectively manage operational staff, plant and material resources
What do we need from you?
- NHSS 8 accreditation (HERS)
- Experience in Highway electrical design and construction
- Experience in Highway electrical maintenance
- Chapter 8 compliant
- Full driving Licence
- A company van
