This leading contractor are seeking an Electrical Supervisor to join their expanding team across Europe.

As an Electrical Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in our project development and implementation process. You will work closely with the Construction and Project Manager on the coordination and operation of the site to deliver the completion of projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to Construction and or Project Manager.
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision, within a fast-paced team environment.
  • Ensure all site operations are carried out in strict compliance with company HSQE requirements and standards
  • Daily management, supervision, and reporting, of direct labour resources, plant, safe execution of works and materials allocations.
  • Manage and coordinate sub-contractors on site.
  • Adherence to QA/ QC procedures on site.
  • Ensuring that the three key items are top priority - Materials, information and Access
  • Post construction survey and compilation of accurate information to prepare As-Built records.
  • Carry out company compliance and administration procedures and recording performance and progress of site operations and subcontractors.
  • Ensure works are carried out to a high standard while complying with building regulations, National Rules for Electrical Installations, Health and Safety and environmental standards.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Electrical trade background essential.
  • Data Centre experience a distinct advantage
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a similar role is essential.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office required.
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships
