I'm currently working with a property maintenance company, based in the Durham area, and they're looking for an Electrical Manager on a permanent contract.
My client cover repairs and maintenance for domestic properties in the Durham and Sunderland areas.
The right candidate will be looking after quality and electricians audits, with a wide electrical knowledge.
They're looking for someone with the below:
- 18th edition
- Test and Inspection
- Supervision experience
35k per annum, with van or car allowance.
Must be willing to provide us with the following:
- CV
- Proof of all relevant certificates / qualifications
- Proof of right to work (Passport or birth certificate and NI proof)
- Headshot for identity purposes
- At least one name and a number of a reference contact
