Protocol are working on behalf of a training provider in order to recruit for a permanent full time Electrical/Mechanical Lecturer based out of their site in Derby.



Role responsibilities
To deliver courses that meet customer needs
Work with learners to achieve desired learning and development outcomes
Perform practical exercises as well as classroom based learning
Undertake learner ILP and review


The person & qualifications
Confident. self-motivated. able to engage with all types of learners
Occupational competence with recent industry experience being desirable
Knowledge of Ofsted's requirements in respect of Safeguarding, prevent and British Values and Equality, Diversity and Inclusion
Experience in delivering and developing apprenticeships
Electrical Qualified in Electrical Installation and Maintenance
Mechanical Qualified in Mechanical Installation and Maintenance, fault finding and repair - HNC or above
