Salary: £40,000 to £45,000 per year

We are working on behalf of a local council who are looking for an experienced Electrician to join their Property Services team.

Daily responsibilities of an Electrician are:

Undertaking all aspects of electrical work including repair/renewal works, maintenance and fault finding.
Fuse board replacements
EICRs
Smoke and CO alarm replacements
Working alongside colleagues or contractors to complete complex orders
Using a PDA to receive instructions, and to feedback electronically details of works undertaken, or works to be undertaken.

Requirements of an Electrician are:

City & Guilds 2382-22 18th Edition
2365 Level 3 Diploma in Electrical Installations
City & Guilds 2391-52 Inspection and Testing or equivalent (essential)
Experience with electronic job updating through smart phones preferred with ability to use a PDA to record job information.
Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
