Salary: £22.50 per hour
We are working on behalf of a council who are looking for an Electrician to carry out day-to-day reactive maintenance works in occupied and void properties.
The hours required are 42.5 per week.
Responsibilities of an Electrician are:
- Carrying out all aspects of electrical repairs and maintenance in tenants and client's properties, both internal and external, and to a high level of proficiency
- Servicing, maintaining and new installatio of electrical requipment and cabling
- Carrying out a full range of responsive repairs, as well as planned works and voids
- Using a PDA to record works carried out in real time
Requirements of an Electrician are:
- Standard DBS check
- NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Electrical Installations
- City & Guilds 2382-22 18th Edition
- City & Guilds 2391-52 Inspection and Testing or equivalent (preferred but not essential)

The ideal candidate for this position must have previous experience in social housing, housing associations or domestic properties.
