We're looking for a Multi Skilled Electrician to join our team working with the London Fire Brigade PFI contract. Within this role, you can enjoy family friendly policies, access to both Cycle to Work and Green Car schemes and even more.
Location: London - Shadwell Fire Station
Contract: Permanent, full time - 40 hours per week
Responsibilities
As a Multi Skilled Electrician, you'll be working within the Facilities Management, supporting them in the completion of Electrical PPM's, Repair, and Installation work across the London Fire Brigade PFI contract.
Your day to day will include:
- Carrying out reactive works and pre planned maintenance within contract KPIs
- Completing quoted/reactive works of Electrical nature, e.g lighting and power installation works, re-lamping of fittings and general repair, socket replacement and other repairs or installations
- Testing and certification of all works in accordance with NICEIC regulations
- Working as part of a larger team and provide emergency response to reactive jobs to make safe or fix the issue dependant on the skill/repair type required
What are we looking for?
This role of Multi Skilled Electrician is great for you if:
- You are a qualified Electrician with a Level 3 NVQ/City & Guilds 2360, 2330, 2356, 2357, 2381, 2391 and AM1/AM2, or equivalent. You will also have 18th Edition Wiring Regulations, Initial Verification of Electrical Installations and Periodic Inspection, Testing and Certifications of Electrical Installations
- Experience in Commercial Building Services/Facilities Management
- As the role is mobile you will require a clean driving license
