Salary: £38,000 to £45,000 per annum

We are working on behalf of a local council who are looking for an experienced Electrician to join their planned repairs team.

Responsibilities:

Tracing, diagnosing and rectifying faults using appropriate testing and measuring equipment.
Partial or full re-wiring to council properties, both domestic and communal, as required including testing, commissioning, and certifying of these works.
Completing relevant certification of electrical works, including all types of cable containment, wiring of door entry/warden call systems, fire alarm systems, intruder alarms, installation and testing of emergency lighting systems and 3 phase power switching and distribution.
Undertaking a range of associated builder's works including core-drilling, lifting/laying floors, chasing masonry and patch plastering to areas where electrical chasing has been carried out.
