Salary: £20.00 - £24.00 per hour
We are looking for an Electrician to join the reactive maintenance division in Croydon to carry out quality and efficient testing, repairs and upgrades to both unoccupied and occupied properties for a social housing contract.
Responsibilities:
- Carrying out high quality electrical repairs to the housing stock in accordance with customers requirements working on both occupied and empty homes as the need arises
- Using a PDA device to complete time sheets work sheets detailing work undertaken and materials used after each job undertaken
- Liaising as necessary with other sections/trades to ensure implementation and completion of repairs and maintenance works
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
- City & Guilds 2382-22 18th Edition
- 2365 Level 3 Diploma in Electrical Installations
- City & Guilds 2391-52 Inspection and Testing or equivalent (essential)
- Basic DBS Check
