Salary: £42,000.00 per annum, inc benefits
We are looking for a qualified Electrician to assist in the reactive repairs and maintenance of social housing and void operations in West London.
Responsibilities:
- Undertaking allocated installations, repairs, fault finding, communal lighting installation, and testing and inspection.
- Using PDAs / mobiles to complete works, key communications, and updates.
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
- 2365 Level 3 Diploma in Electrical Installations
- City & Guilds 2382-22 18th Edition
- City & Guilds 2391-52 Inspection and Testing or equivalent (preferred but not essential)
Benefits:
- 42.5 hours per week, on site times are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday
- A company van and fuel card (work use only), testing equipment and van stock.
- 25 days annual leave entitlement (excluding bank holidays)
The ideal candidate for this position must have previous experience in social housing, housing associations or domestic properties.
