Salary: £40,000 to £42,000 per annum

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Electrician to assist in the reactive repairs and maintenance of social housing and void operations in South London and surronding areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Undertaking allocated electrical installations, repairs, fault finding, communal lighting installation, and testing and inspection.
  • Using PDAs / mobiles to complete works, key communications, and updates.

Requirements:

  • Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
  • 2365 Level 3 Diploma in Electrical Installations
  • City & Guilds 2382-22 18th Edition
  • City & Guilds 2391-52 Inspection and Testing
