Salary: £40,000 - £42,000.00 per annum

We are looking for a qualified Electrician to assist in the reactive repairs and maintenance of social housing and void operations in Staines.

Responsibilities:

  • Undertaking allocated installations, repairs, fault finding, communal lighting installation, and testing and inspection.
  • Updating a PDA device with key information and work schedules

Requirements:

  • City & Guilds 2382-22 18th Edition
  • City & Guilds 2391-52 Inspection and Testing or equivalent (preferred but not essential)
  • 2365 Level 3 Diploma in Electrical Installations
  • Full UK Driving Licence (clean)

The ideal candidate for this position must have previous experience in social housing, housing associations or domestic properties.
