Electrician (Paye £15.62 or Ltd £19.69) Social Housing
Company
You will be working for a large Social housing organisation who provide many types of housing solutions.
Job Role
You will be required multiple locations providing electrical repairs and maintenance, testing in social housing.
You will be conversant with all aspects of electrical installation work of both 230v and 400v in domestic situations.
You will be able to diagnose and repair faults and complete necessary tests.
You will ensure the provision of excellent customer services to all stakeholders in order to maximise customer satisfaction through achieving all KPIs
You will give and receive feedback on work performance with manager
You will independently undertake electrician duties to current standards (including testing and certification, electrical repairs, rewires and full installs) and to assist other multi-trade operatives to deliver first class repairs and maintenance services
You must comply with all other statutory and regulatory requirements in relation to repairs and maintenance
Person
You will be a fully qualified Electrician and you must have the following to be considered for this role
- C&G 2382 - IET Wiring Regulations 17th Edition (BS 7671:2008 incorporating amendment number 3:2015)
- City and Guilds 2391 or 2392 or 2394 / 2395 inspection and testing.
- City and Guilds NVQ 2 & 3 Electrical installations
- City and Guilds 236 (part 1,2,3)
You will have a full UK driving licence and must declare any criminal convictions
