We are looking for an Electrician to join a local housing association and contribute to maintaining and improving tenanted and void properties.

Responsibilities:

Conducting routine fault diagnosis and repairs in domestic properties, focusing on lighting circuits and other electrical systems.
Servicing and installing electric heating systems, extractor fans, and similar appliances.
Installation of electric showers, shower pumps, and replacement of hot water cylinder immersion elements as required.
