Daniel Owen Ltd are currently recruiting for a skilled Electrician to work on a long-term social housing project. This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable contractor, focusing on domestic repairs, maintenance, and installation work in occupied and void properties.
Key Responsibilities:
Electrical repairs and maintenance in social housing properties
Fault finding, testing, and inspection
Minor installations and upgrades
Working in both occupied and void environments
Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety regulations
Requirements:
NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
18th Edition Wiring Regulations
2391 or combination of 2392 & 2395 (Testing & Inspection)
CSCS Card
AM2
Face Fit Test: Must be clean shaven or willing to use a personal respirator hood
AA Certificate
Minimum 2 years' post-apprenticeship experience (if applicable)
Must have own hand tools
Based within 30 minutes of the office (flexible for the right candidate)
