We are currently working on behalf of a housing association who are looking for an experienced Electrician to carry out repairs and maintenance on occupied and void properties.
This is a static role, therefore no van or fuel card will be provided.
Daily responsibilities of an Electrician are:
- Carrying out all aspects of electrical work including repair, maintenance and fault finding in residential properties
- Fuse board replacements
- Electrical inspection, testing and condition reporting
- Smoke and CO alarm replacements
Requirements for an Electrician are:
- City & Guilds 2382-22 18th Edition
- City & Guilds 2391-52 Inspection and Testing or equivalent (preferred but not essential)
- 2365 Level 3 Diploma in Electrical Installations
Benefits for the Electrician role:
- 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday to Friday
- Weekly pay
The ideal candidate for this position must have previous experience in social housing, housing associations or domestic properties.
