Salary: £40,000 per year
We are working on behalf of a council who are looking for an Electrician to carry out day-to-day reactive maintenance works in occupied and void properties.
The hours required are 42.5 per week.
Responsibilities of an Electrician are:
- Carrying out all aspects of electrical work including repair, maintenance and fault finding in residential properties
- Fuse board replacements
- Electrical inspection, testing and condition reporting
- Smoke and CO alarm replacements
- Using PDAs / mobiles to complete works, key communications, and updates.
Requirements of an Electrician are:
- City & Guilds 2382-22 18th Edition
- City & Guilds 2391-52 Inspection and Testing or equivalent (preferred but not essential)
- Level 3 Diploma in Electrical Installations

The ideal candidate for this position must have previous experience in social housing, housing associations or domestic properties.
