As a growing agency, we are seeking a talented and experienced Email Marketing Manager to join our team and drive the success of our email marketing campaigns and PR articles.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize your proven track record in producing effective email campaigns, workflows, and PR articles to drive engagement and conversion for our clients.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive email marketing strategies aligned with clients' goals and objectives.
  • Create compelling content for email campaigns, including copywriting and design elements.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns from planning and segmentation to deployment and analysis.
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize email performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for enhancements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in email marketing and PR to ensure campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design and content teams, to ensure seamless execution of email marketing initiatives.
  • Assist in content creation, paid advertising management, software and website development, branding, and search engine optimization efforts as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in email marketing campaign management and PR article production.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, personalization, and automation.
  • Experience using email marketing platforms and tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Proficiency in copywriting and content creation for emails and PR articles.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of other marketing services such as content creation, paid advertising, website development, branding, and SEO is advantageous.

  • This is a full-time, in-house position requiring on-site presence from Monday to Friday, 8.30 AM-4.30 PM.
  • Relocation or reliable daily commuting to Rochdale, OL16 5EA is required.
