We at Protocol are looking for an Employability Advisor to be based at a college on a full-time basis until the end of the Academic year. You will consistently provide advice and guidance to students in relation to prospective employment.
Role responsibilities
To source, work with and provide employability support with unemployed clients to enable them to obtain and sustain employment.
To help achieve business targets for the Unit including meeting contracted targets for employability programmes
The person & qualifications
Experience of providing careers information, advice and guidance to unemployed individuals and groups.
Experience of advising and guiding clients in progression to employment, including job-search, writing CVs and personal statements.
Experience of helping clients into work and supporting them while in work.
Qualifications
A recognised qualification in advice and guidance or careers guidance, such as DCG parts 1 & 2, QCG, NVQ4
