We're Hiring: Employing Manager - Safety Critical Licensing (TfL Projects)
McGinley are looking for a dedicated Employing Manager to oversee TfL Capital's T002 & T003 Safety Critical Licensing schemes. Are you interested in a move off site into a Safety Critical Personnel management position where a full time salaried management role is available? Alternatively you may be at a stage where you want to reduce your hours, in which case a part time role on a fixed salary is available with options to work T002/03 shifts at your choice.
Location: Mobile (with vehicle/travel support)
Reports to: Regional Accounts Director
Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end TfL licensing lifecycle for T002/T003 staff
- Ensure compliance with TfL and internal Competency Management Systems
- Interview, assess, mentor and support safety critical licencees
- Submit, review, and maintain competence portfolios
- Oversee licence issues, renewals, suspensions, and reinstatements
- Liaise with Capital TCM and lead investigations when needed
What You'll Need
- Valid TfL T002/T003 Licence
- Proven experience with safety critical licensing and compliance
- Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills
- Excellent understanding of TfL safety standards and portfolio management
- Certifications in WSSI, BTA, DAMPS, and medical clearance
