We're currently recruiting for an Employer Brand Coordinator to engage our employer branding and recruitment marketing strategy and manage the tools and analytics to meet our overall Talent Acquisition Strategy.
Job Responsibilities
As we focus our recruitment strategy to attract the right talent through effective talent pooling and engagement, you will create the metrics to develop our employer brand and enhance our employee value proposition. You'll lead the creation of original and engaging content to attract a wide talent pool through blogs, video, job posts, social media and digital marketing campaigns. You'll also ensure all marketing materials and platforms support our brand objectives and employee value proposition, and act as a source of advice in guiding colleagues about brand positioning.
What do we need from you?
A confident and creative individual who has a strong ability to analyse trends in data to create analytical dashboards. You'll have a solid understanding of recruitment marketing and previous experience within an internal recruitment operation is preferred. You'll have experience in delivering recruitment projects and a good understanding of employment law in the context of the recruitment and selection process. This role will involve the use of MS Office, candidate tracking systems and social media tools so we require a proficient user of MS office, particularly with Excel.
