Protocol are seeking to appoint a dynamic, keen, highly motivated individual as an Employment Broker to be part of a Business Development Team, supporting an FE College with employer engagement for the achievement of work experience, work placements and apprenticeship recruitment. Key elements of the job role are identifying opportunities with employers, from which the FE College can secure work experience, work placements and apprenticeship opportunities for learners.
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate customer service, inter-personal and employer engagement ability, working to targets to achieve goals set and managing a busy caseload of learners professionally in a fast paced environment.
You will be educated with a level 2 qualification in English and Maths at grade C or above.
