We are looking for an Enabler to work alongside the IMDS Field Performance Manager to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of Development Services Jobs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage the dependencies raised on all jobs, through the relevant dependency management tools, to ensure compliance with CDM Regulations, reduce aborted visits and increase IMDS effectiveness
  • Ensure jobs are planned and carried out in accordance with relevant Health and Safety legislation
  • Liaise with external agencies including Highway Authority to ensure any restrictions are removed or understood
  • Work with Development Services/IMDS Operational Delivery and Commercial teams to prioritise workloads in line with relative priorities.
  • Act as key point of contact, working with Operational FPMs around plans/changes/new work requests to minimise last minute disruptions and promote best scheduling practice
  • Proactively influence Commercial budgets to maximise output, profit and control costs, escalate any issues
  • Provide accurate / timely valuation of all work undertaken within your assigned area

  • Key Skills and Qualifications:

    • Experience in the Utility / Construction environment
    • IOSH or NVQ equivalent
    • NRSWA accreditation - supervisor's qualification
    • Commercial awareness
    • Experience working at supervisory level
