Role: Energy Engineer
Location: Lincoln
Kier Design and Business Services are looking for someone to become a team member providing energy management services to both internal and external clients, meeting or exceeding their requirements for benefits, time, cost and quality whilst complying with statutory requirements, service level agreements, KPIs and professional standards.
The key responsibilities include:
1 -Deliver energy management and environmental services as required by the contract for the provision of Property services between Lincolnshire County Council (LCC) and Vinci (V) and between V and other Clients.
2 - Implement energy management policies in conjunction with the LCC sustainability policies as appropriate.
3 - Plan and Support both annual review and monthly reviews of performance against KPIs and PIs of all relevant activities and delivery against the appropriate LCC's policies relating to monitoring energy use and thermal performances of the building stock, including property related environmental issues.
4 - Support the nominated Lead Consultant with regard to energy management or environmental aspects of projects.
5 - Maintain currency of knowledge regarding energy management and environmental matters and associated technologies.
6- For energy management or environmental projects:
- Manage project meetings, including agendas and minutes
- Produce project reports, both periodic progress reports and one off or exception reports including but not limited to option appraisals, tender reports, technical reviews etc.
7 - Travel to meetings, workshops and sites, which may be in varied locations and potentially with a number of different but concurrent projects.
8- Develop individual capabilities through both experience and CPD (minimum 10 hours per year or to meet the requirements of own professional body, whichever is the higher). CPD is to be recorded in a CPD log (either the company's or as provided by own professional body).

- HNC/HND in a discipline relevant to the role
Minimum:
Salary: £29,000-£32,000
