Kier Places are recruiting now for an Engineering Supervisor to join our Facilities Management team in Basingstoke, supporting delivery of engineering maintenance activities across a portfolio relating to the Ministry of Justice facilities.
Key Responsibilities
As a Supervisor to a team of Engineers on our Ministry of Justice FM contract, you will be responsible for supervising engineers with regards to HR, Absence, payroll, productivity, presenting Toolbox Talks, work order management, and all fleet & tool related items.
With regards to the client & the contract, you'll be assisting with client queries, organising site files, cover for managers on annual leave, updating CAFM systems, be on the escalation rota, and generate billable works through engineers.
What do we need from you?
The ideal candidate will have come from a technical engineering background relating to facilities maintenance, with experience using CAFM systems, previous people supervisory experience, with great client relationship management skills.
