As we move into the next stage of our evolution and development, we wish to appoint an Group Enterprise Infrastructure Architect to join our Global IT function.
Reporting to the Head of Group IT Architecture the Enterprise Architect will form part of the Architecture team working on some of the most exciting and challenging projects in the sector.
We are looking for a senior thought leader who can develop a deep knowledge of Laing O'Rourke's business operations, processes, and information and can build relationships with senior stakeholders to lead the strategic infrastructure technology direction.
Key performance areas for the role include:
- Creation and maintenance of Enterprise Infrastructure Architecture strategies, blueprints, reference architectures and roadmaps.
- Relationship maturity and effectiveness with senior business and IT stakeholders.
- Communication of strategies, roadmaps, principles, and standards.
- Adherence of infrastructure delivery initiatives to the defined and approved Enterprise Infrastructure Architecture.

- Inquisitive and open-minded on technology and solutions
- A true collaborator able to work in multi-discipline teams
- Experience in developing architecture blueprints and strategies
- Experience in EA repository and management tools along with Agile
- Methodologies and tolls such as Confluence, JIR, Lucid chart
- Certified in Enterprise Architecture Frameworks
