Job Title: Site Manager
Location: North East

Are you a Site Manager with a strong history of completed projects and experience of Envelope management projects? This leading modular contractor have made significant steps in recent years to assert themselves as a key player in the UK market. Impressive year on year expansion has positioned them as the employer of choice in this sector.

You can expect to work in a big company with a tightly knit team mentality. Joining many long serving staff members, you will quickly find a place where the team comes first and opportunities stretch as far as you can take them.

We are looking for an experience envelope package manager with strong skills in managing roofing, facade and cladding packages.

The Role:

  • Managing internal stakeholders, clients and sub-contractors
  • Keeping up to date reports and RAMS for all of your projects
  • Making time critical decisions to deliver projects safely, on time and on budget
  • Ensuring client and community relationships are maintained
  • Ensuring a high-end, snag and defect free finish


Essential Skills:

  • SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid as a minimum
  • A clear and demonstrable history of completed projects as number one site manager
  • Willingness to work around the UK and travel for each project
  • Excellent communication and management skills
  • First rate record of health and safety
  • A strong, team orientated mentality


The Package:

  • Salary of £45,000 - £50,000
  • Access to company Van, or car allowance
