Our leading interior designer with sites across the UK is looking for a proactive Environmental and Sustainable Specialist to join their team in London to support the business on the day-to-day environmental impact and help with carbon emissions across the business. This is a permanent role with a salary of up to £60,000 with additional benefits.
What does the role entail?
Your role as the Environmental and Sustainable Specialist will be to effectively support the business's key stakeholders with a range of initiatives and projects to develop further sustainability and reduce carbon emissions from start to finish, working on timescales and budgets. You will manage expectations and work effectively with the rest of the team to ensure every project is completed effectively and efficiently. Furthermore, you will provide the stakeholders with vital information to ensure the business's sustainability objectives are met. You will also follow up on enquiries and ensure everyone is doing their part and is up to date and informed on environmental impacts and sustainability. This will be a varied role expect other duties to form part of your role.
What skills will you have?
To be considered for this Environmental and Sustainable Specialist role you will first and foremost have experience in sustainability or environmental impact reduction strategies from previous roles showing capable skills of managing the tasks listed above. You will be a proactive team member who can multitask in a fast-paced and time-sensitive environment, possess a keen eye for detail and have exceptional stakeholder management and capabilities.
