Are you an immediately available HR Advisor specialising in Employee Relations looking for a new interim contract?
Reporting into the Head of HR, you will be managing high volume casework including investigations, grievances and disciplinaries.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead on ER cases from investigation to completion including complex ER cases
- Covering all aspects of ER from sickness absence, grievances, disciplinaries, dismissals, performance management, probation reviews and long term absence
- Providing clear advise to line managers and coaching through any investigations
- Attending hearings where necessary
As an ER specialist you will have proven experience of independently leading on ER cases in a high volume, fast-paced environment with an up to date and in-depth understanding of UK employment law. You will be customer focused and value driven, able to provide an excellent service to employees and managers and create great working relationships.
