Protocol are currently recruiting with a long-standing provider of education for a temporary in the South London area. We are seeking an experienced ESF Project Manager to join this college on a full-time basis until December 2019.

Having been around for over 100 years, this client has a wealth of experience and a strong reputation behind it. Recently merged with local institutes to form a successful college group, they have recently been graded by Ofsted as GOOD in June 2016.

Role responsibilities

To work on a project to reconcile two related ESF projects; the data against the claims submitted.
Ensuring that the final funding position is reconciled fully against evidence held and any missing claims are identified with a funding value.
Outcomes are to be submitted to the Group Leadership Team via a report
To propose and manage the subcontracts including the quality, provision, monitoring and contract management of them.
To attend monitoring and review meetings with ESFA, GLA and other stakeholders and follow up actions.To provide progress reports to Senior Management, Governors, ESFA, GLA and other key stakeholders to deadlines.
To have extensive knowledge and understanding of contractual and funding requirements of ESF/GLA/ESFA and other special projects commissioned and managed by the Business Development team on behalf of the Group.Work closely with colleagues in other areas of the Group in the overall management of subcontracted partners/special projects partners helping solve issues of performance, liaison etc.Work closely with the ESFA/GLA in the overall management of subcontracted partners/special project partners helping solve issues of performance, liaison etc.
To take on the ESF/GLA NEET and LLDD projects, managing the additional staffing required and liaising with the internal staff supporting delivery, should the Group be successful in winning these.
To manage special projects, including the successful delivery and quality assurance of all outputs for the Group's ESF/SFA funded projects: closing down the LLDD 16-24 NEET's projects in both Central and South London and the Careers Cluster project.
To have extensive knowledge and understanding of the contractual requirements of subcontracting, including due diligence, partners SLA's and contracts, partners' delivery schedules and quality arrangements for subcontracts commissioned and managed by the Business Development team on behalf of the Group
To lead on the creation of project files to contain information relation to the supply chain (in line with due diligence checks and ESFA/GLA and other requirements) and relating to subcontracting/ special project activities.

ESF contract management experience
Strong understanding of ESF data deliverables
The ability to hit the ground running
