Job Title: Estimator
Salary: £50,000 + Package
Location: Essex
Sector: Facades

Do you have experience estimating façade packages?
Are you comfortable in performing take offs from structural drawings?

This is a role that will see you working for a business with over 70 year's experience within the facades industry, delivering curtain walling, cladding & specialised renders.

You will be joining an already established commercial team consisting of 3 estimators and 1 trainee, reporting directly in to the managing director, you can expect a collaborative working environment working on projects across the residential and commercial sector with values ranging from £10,000 - £3million.

We are looking to speak to estimators who:

  • Have a strong background working in the construction industry
  • Are comfortable in reading from structural drawings
  • Has been involved in pre construction stages of projects
  • Can demonstrate a good understanding of different software packages
  • Possess the ability to perform take offs to a high standard
