The role of the Estimator will involve:
* Estimator role based in Wokingham
* Liaise with specialist subcontractors, suppliers, designers and utility companies and other to ensure tenders are competitive
* Include health and safety matters into each tender, working closely with different departments and external parties.
* Travel to sites, client meetings and different offices where required
The successful Estimator will have:
* Proven experience as an estimator - estimating demolition works across multiple areas; civils, earth and ground works and buildings.
* Commutable to Wokingham and surrounding counties and happy to travel
* Driving Licence
