Daniel Owen North are currently working with a regional main contractor who work predominantly in the care & residential sector, to recruit an Estimator to be based at their head office in South Yorkshire. My client are looking for an ambitious individual who can work well as part of family run business and have a great attitude towards moving the business forward.
The successful candidate must have experience with electronic take offs and be from a main contracting background.
You will be working on new build/extension and refurbishment projects up to £10m in value. You will work closely with the Managing Director, Pre-Con Manager and the Contracts Managers on various schemes across Yorkshire and the Midlands.
The salary is up to £60k depending on experience, however my client would look at candidates with slightly less experience but with the correct attitude to progressing up within this business.
