A fantastic opportunity has risen for a Estimator/Internal Detailer to join our client who is a manufacturing company supplying into the Construction industry looking to increase its team.

THIS IS A TEMP TO PERM POSITION FOR THE RIGHT CANDIDATE

Rate will be dependant on experience and is negotiable

Function: To receive enquires from the sales team, estimate works and respond with detailed quotation along with CAD drawings

Duties

  • Logging all enquires received
  • Gaining prices for materials/fabrication and Sub contractors work and cost for transportation
  • Produce Calculations
  • Produce Costings
  • Complete Project costings
  • Typing of quotations
  • Update the system with all the relevant drawings and calculation

Skills

* Have a basic level of competency in CAD design 2D AutoCad (Ideally)
* Excellent IT skills to include Word,Outlook and mainly Excel
* Must be able to read and understand construction drawings
* Have problem solving skills an be able to communicate with all levels of the business in particular production
* Ideally have worked in a similar role

Hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.00pm with 30 mins lunch break unpaid

The rate of pay will be dependant on your experience

Duration: The role is currently temporary but to the right candidate there is the opportunity of a permanent role which enjoys training opportunities and future career progression within an exciting and innovate working environment.
