Position: Senior Estimator- Electrical Services
Location: Co. Laois
Salary: Negotiable
Due to continued growth and expansion, we have an exciting role for an Electrical Estimator to join a well-established Construction Company in Laois. This role will suit someone with 10-20 years' contractual experience.
Requirements
- 8+ years' experience in a similar role.
- Proven Contractual experience bringing a job from start to finish.
- Preferably a Chartered Quantity Surveyor.
- Degree/Diploma certified.
- Experience working with MS Project, Build Soft, Excel, etc.
- Experienced in implementing a cost control system.
- Accomplished in reviewing contractual arrangements between the company and Main Contractors/Clients.
- Proven negotiation skills.
- Experience liaising with clients and members of staff.
- Ability to deal with take-offs where necessary.
- Reliable and conscientious with a very strong work ethic.
