Location: Belsize Park, London (Head Office) with projects across London

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: Up to £65k dependent on experience

Responsibilities:

As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in our client's success by providing accurate and detailed cost estimates for interior fit-out, restoration, and refurbishment projects. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough analysis of project requirements and specifications.
  • Collaborating with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for accurate estimates.
  • Preparing comprehensive and competitive cost estimates, considering all aspects of the project, including materials, labour, and other relevant factors.
  • Evaluating and negotiating subcontractor and supplier bids.
  • Keeping abreast of industry trends, pricing, and market conditions to ensure competitiveness.
  • Presenting estimates to clients and addressing any queries or concerns.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the fit-out sector.
  • Strong knowledge of interior fit-out, restoration, and refurbishment processes.
  • Proficiency in estimating software and tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
