A Tier 1 regeneration main contractor working on regeneration projects all around the UK are looking for a QS to join their rapidly expanding team

Job Role

You will initially be based in Northampton working on the Town Centre Regeneration Framework, with projects including Mixed use New Build, Student Accommodation, University New Build and Extensions.

  • Budget estimating
  • Cost planning
  • Preparation of tender documents
  • Reporting on tenders
  • Assembly of contract documentation
  • Cost reporting
  • Interim valuations
  • Agreement of final accounts

Person

You will ideally have 3-5 years plus experience in a estimator role, preferably with regeneration and a housing background.

With excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a professional manner, you will be able to demonstrate the ability to work on your own initiative and prioritise your own work.
