Working throughout the UK and Ireland, this formwork and concrete solutions specialist require an Estimator QS to cover their busy Central and southern England region, working on projects from Manchester down to the south coast & London.

Based form their headquarters in Bedfordshire, you can expect to perform a key role in raising accurate and detailed cost estimates for projects. Further to this, you will also be responsible for QS functions on live projects working closely alongside directly employed contracts managers. With projects ranging from £200k - £3M you will have a varied workload working with a tier one contractor client group.

This director led company has a flexible, get the job done approach. The directors are interested in process innovation and identifying improvements wherever possible, so you can expect an open attitude to the ideas you can bring to the business.

  • Have 5+ years' experience in civil engineering and groundworks contracts as a Quantity Surveyor and Estimator
  • Bring a project mentality to your work and like to be remembered as someone who got the job done
  • Hold an academic qualification in construction from HND level and upwards
  • Are comfortable with NEC and JCT forms
  • Value recognition - this is not a large team, everyone contributes
