Position: Estimator Window Wall

Location: Dallas, TX

Salary: Neg DOE

Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Estimator to join an expanding Building Envelope firm in Dallas, TX.

Ideal candidates must have the following attributes but not limited to

  • Degree Qualified
  • Have 6+ years working in estimation within the construction/facade industry
  • Be familiar with products in curtain walling, such as stick, unitized, cladding, louvres, windows doors etc...
  • Full preparation of tenders
  • Full preparation of handover documentation
  • Budgets
  • Good phone manner
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent English, spoken/written
  • Sub-contract agreements
  • Contracts/commercially aware
